Mike Johnson Is Fighting to Protect the Government Spy Program Used on Trump
Apr 12, 2024 09:20:50   #
ACP45 Loc: Rhode Island

"The FISA bill is dead but, like herpes, it’ll be back. It’s important to punish the people who pushed it.

"A few years back, we learned conclusively, that in fact, the FBI and the federal Intel agencies, the Dozen or more Federal Intel agencies we have, for some reason had been working secretly against Donald
Trump's p**********l campaign." ... MY COMMENT: Think "Russian collusion", pee pee tapes, letter from 50 intelligence officials, Schumer's comment that intelligence agencies "‘Have Six Ways From Sunday Of Getting Back At You’, etc. etc.

"Mike Johnson said you must v**e for this, and you must v**e for it because America hangs in the balance. And if you had the intelligence that I've seen in my classified briefings, which you could not see, you would know that it's your moral responsibility to v**e for this. And, by the way, if you don't v**e for it, Americans will die. Johnson didn't
mention that the fisal law warrantless spying did not prevent 911, or the USS Cole bombing, or any major Act of Terror in the last 50 years, almost 50 years." ... Tucker goes on about Johnson's attempt to strong arm his members into v****g for this legislation.

"Well there are only two possible explanations. One is that he's just stupid, and doesn't know, and believes his Intel briefers. Every person who has spent any time in DC, knows the Intel briefing, the classified Intel briefing in the skiff, is merely a leash. It's a collar around your neck, connected to a chain. And the other hand is your handler from
some federal agency, with a black budget whose total you can't know of course. It's a way to control you, giving you
information that you can't repeat to anyone else, that you have no way of verifying, and telling you that if you don't go along with the program, Americans will die. Or, there is another agenda. Right." ....

"Mike Johnson has been speaker of their house for not a very long time. Just several months now. He got the job
accidentally, and in the time that he's had it, what have his priorities been? Well, there been two big ones. Two issues on which he's willing to call his fellow Republicans into the room and say, you have to do this. The first one is Ukraine funding. And he's done that again and again. Either we send another $60 billion to Ukraine, or he implies American soldiers will have to fight in Ukraine, because we're going to prevent Putin from rolling into San Antonio or
wh**ever. Of course, all untrue. In fact, ridiculous. But that's what he said in effect. Ukraine funding has been a top
priority. And the second this week, was more warrantless spying on Americans. Well, what's interesting is that those are also Joe Biden's top priorities. Those are not the top priorities of Republican v**ers. They're not the top priorities of American v**ers"

ACP, The government needs a law to keep watch on foreign spies and t*****rs. We need to strengthen this law, not get rid of it unless you want another Pearl Harbor, or 9/11.

That is exactly what Trump wants so he can blame Biden. It is the same reason he extorted republicans to tank border security.

"they can put you
6:50
in jail and they've shown a willingness
6:52
to do that they could put kitty porn on
6:54
your computer they've probably done that
6:55
too and everybody who serves in Congress
6:58
knows that and everybody is afraid of
7:00
them along with the CIA and NSA and a
7:02
bunch of other threel agencies members
7:03
of Congress are afraid of them because
7:05
they know the consequences of
7:07
Disobedience and so for them to call
7:09
directly a member of Congress they' be
7:11
like the FBI coming to your house on
7:13
E******n Day and demanding that you v**e
7:15
for their designated candidate and then
7:17
having access to the record of who you
7:19
actually v**ed for as they do in the
7:22
Congress can you imagine you'd be highly
7:24
motivated to v**e for their candidate
7:25
wouldn't you yes you
7:28
would!

Saltwind, I guess you must have missed the part of Carlson's monologue where he states "Johnson didn't
mention that the fisa law warrantless spying did not prevent 911, or the USS Cole bombing, or any major Act of Terror in the last 50 years, almost 50 years."

No, Salty, the intelligence agencies use this power to spy on judges, politicians, members of congress, and ordinary citizens, and collect dirt on them and use that information to bend people to their will. I dispise Chuck Schumer, but he was correct in stating that the intelligence agencies ‘Have Six Ways From Sunday Of Getting Back At You’. Their motto is "dirty tricks are us!".

One More Thing!

"No those are Joe Biden's priorities. Because both expand his power. So what's interesting is that the Republican Speaker of the House shares those priorities, not closing the Border. He didn't call his conference in to say
shut down the Border tomorrow because 70% of Americans are demanding that, and
100% of our own v**ers are demanding that. And that will save this country from certain destruction. He didn't say
that he said the number one thing we need to do, is continue to have the legal right to spy unconstitutionally on American citizens without bothering to get a warrant. And again, is it an accident that's Joe Biden's top priority too
after Ukraine which he's still pushing?"

Update (1310ET): The FISA bill has passed by a v**e of 273-147 without the Biggs amendment which would have required the federal government to obtain warrants.

Section 702 of FISA allows for the warrantless surveillance of foreigners outside of the US - which allows the government to sweep up communications from Americans who are interacting with individuals who are being spied on.

The 'Biggs Amendment' would add a warrant requirement before the government can review information collected on Americans.

The US Security State has been playing the same game for 25 years:

They get caught repeatedly abusing their spying powers, directing it at Americans for illegal and politicized ends.

They apologize, claim they adopted internal fixes, "won't happen again".

Everything repeats:

Salty, I put links on all my posts, so people can see where I get the information. I did not post a link to the one with "GP" which stands for Gateway pundit, but all you need to do is a quick search on FBI breaking FISA law 278,000 times, and this is what you get.

SaltBreakingWind 666, The Patriot Act and FISA are totally Unconstitutional. I wouldn't expect you, a l*****t c*******t, to understand that. We had laws before the Patriot Act that dealt with spies a d terrorists that worked but wasn't Unconstitutional.
