Just like crime statistics, by not reporting the lying Biden Administration will report that their health policies are working.

Obviously there are some very sick administrators in that hospital. It is not r****t to recognize that their are disparities among people that sometimes fall along racial lines (really cultural lines) and need to be addressed, NOT ALLOWED TO GO WITHOUT ANY INTERVENTION. The babies are the most vulnerable and these new drug addicted mothers need to be helped for the sake of their babies, even if they won't quit.

On a side note. What did/do hospitals do with drug addicted babies. Put then in withdrawal units? Or slowly wean then off the drugs they are on?
