It looks like it's going to be cloudy for a lot of it. Texas and Oklahoma as well as parts of Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and Vermont are going to be too cloudy to see it. It will get dark, but that's it. I am disappointed. We're going to drive west (I live in upstate/Western New York) towards Buffalo and Erie in the morning just to see if it clears up at all...and meet a couple of friends...but chances of seeing the c****a and the darkened sky (Milky Way, distant stars, etc) aren't going to happen.
The bummer is that today was brilliant sunshine without a cloud in the sky here, and it's going to be like that on Tuesday, too! π
