You can't tell me crap about the streets. I wasn't born into a wealthy family. I also attended Yale under grad, MBA and JD. So I believe I am ok in both the streets and formal education. The only thing you may be able to enlighten me is the current street vernacular in your demographic. I learned to think independently and see through people's BS. Both bank and Trump agreed the valuation of the Trump's assets. They have independent licensed appraiser to assess the value. And that is the official basis of banks for all lawn with real estate as the collateral. Bank approved Trump's valuation.
If Trump's real estate value grew, it was not his fault. Trump did not commit anything wrong. He was in real estate business. I have explained many times. Trump and the bank did not commit a crime. They did the t***sactions both on good faith and Trump complied all the agreements. No victim, no crime.
What if real estate grow fast in value. That's the economic performance of real estate. Great location, massive demands, and good economy elevates rapidly the value of real estate. It is not Trump's fault that the value went up. The economy demands that.
I was a real estate professional during the 80's and at the same time an auditor and accountant. I totally agree with Trump's performance. I had clients who did the same thing. I did invest in real estate myself. And value of real estate grow so rapidly because of demands. And as population grows need for real properties must also grow. Demands surpassed supplies.
Currently real estate value is very high. In addition to Biden's inflation, as population grows demand for real estate also grows. That is why a $100k value of real estate during the 8o's now cost $1 million plus depending on location.
Why is Leticia James so jealous of Trump? He worked hard for his wealth, he is smart businessman, and knows the art of the deal. A win-win situation wherein both buyer and seller gain and win.
I have done that stuff on a smaller scale, and I know exactly how profession in real estate is handled in compliance with the laws.
With Trump's case versus Leticia James the crook, I will give her $1 to settle her corruptions, and harassments against Trump. Then sue her at the end.
