Yes she is, and a wonderful mother,my grandkids are pretty awesome too. And their teenagers. She was kinda strict when they were growing up but if she says something now they know she means it. Never abused them but if they were grounded they weren't off until the full time ever. She follows thru with her punishments faithfully. Like a bulldog.😆
