Remember back in the 80's when alls you heard whether you were watching the news or even talking in a club was people or groups of people talking about going 'going public'. The laughed at by lesser people 'trickle down' theory back then produced so many jobs that the newspapers couldn't print them all. This allowed people with 'gusto' to take the next step up to 'owner' of the operation or business. If you weren't working back then, you were either not born yet, locked up or dead because the private sector rolled.....Flash forward....Now the phrase 'going public'(notice the small letters) means people or groups of people going to the government like little baby robins with their beaks wide open for mama (government) to feed them like what this country or any other country with "ulterior motives...who knows?" relishes for control...if they want it. To me, it looks like this new age modern times rock-n-roll country we live in iz all about that.
