The Fulton County Judge surprised everyone with his ruling in the Fani Willis disqualification.

The reason behind his shocking decision is coming to light.

And Megyn Kelly revealed one t***h about this Fulton County judge he never wanted to see the light of day.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee issued a ruling that many legal observers said split the baby in the disqualification challenge to embattled Fulton County Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis.

A mountain of evidence was presented to him that Willis and her lover, Nathan Wade, lied under oath about whether their relationship began before or after she hired him as a special prosecutor in her witch hunt against former President Donald Trump and paid him over $650,000 in taxpayer money.

McAfee said that there was an appearance of impropriety by Willis but that the defendants failed to prove a conflict of interest.

The Judge said, “The District Attorney may choose to step aside, along with the whole of her office” or “Wade can withdraw” from the case against former President Donald Trump and his allies for challenging Georgia’s 2020 E******n results.

Wade resigned as Special Prosecutor shortly after the ruling, leaving Willis in place, for now.

Megyn Kelly reveals why she thinks the Judge made his ruling
Megyn Kelly speculated that Judge McAfee made his ruling for political reasons on her SiriusXM show.

“He made sure that he can still run and potentially win ree******n in Fulton County, which went 73 percent for Joe Biden,” Kelly said. “He found a way to thread the needle to protect himself while throwing them under the bus as much as he felt comfortable.”

McAfee said that Willis showed a “tremendous lapse in judgment” and exhibited unprofessional behavior in his ruling.

Kelly explained the ruling was about protecting his own left-wing v****g base as he faces re-e******n to his position this fall.

“I see this as a judge who found a way to tell us he gets it, he condemns her and Nathan Wade, he doesn’t trust them, he thinks they’re liars and unethical, but he saved his own hide,” Kelly said.

Judge said politics would affect decisions about disqualification
Disqualifying Willis would have put the Trump case in serious jeopardy of never going to trial under a new prosecutor.

That could have ended his re-e******n campaign in Democrat-controlled Fulton County.

The Judge said politics wouldn’t factor into his decision, but Kelly didn’t believe him.

“The message I always want to convey is that no ruling of mine is ever going to be based on politics,” McAfee. “I’m going to be following the law as best I understand it.”

While the Trump case was going on, he got a challenger in his judicial race from Civil Rights Attorney Robert Patillo.

Patillo is the former executive director of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, a left-wing social justice group founded by noted woke extremist Jesse Jackson.

Disqualifying Willis could have given Patillo a major angle of attack to beat Judge McAfee in the e******n.
