Breyer says current Supreme Court risks creating ‘Constitution that no one wants’. We want the the original constitution. He believes in a fluid constitution to be constantly redefined to fit current society. He is wrong. Every game needs rules. The Constitution is the rules. Rules can be changed by a prescribed process. Amendments. Changes should not happen because of feelings or fads or societal whims. Period.
Beyer, RBG, the current three liberal judges, liberals all want to tear up the rule book and just make up the rules as they go along based on their feelings at the time. A game without specified rules is chaos. Liberals are flat wrong.
