At least there IS a first step!

Have you noticed this forum is alot like a football game?
You have your game play (topic) then the line-up for the play (first comments) then a skirmish, a penalty with uninformed referees, a half time, then repeat, but a couple of field goals have been made, but no touchdown yet.

With all the talk and evidence of political judicial bias if a Constitution was being crafted today, in any country, should judges be politically advanced or created?

Ford is doing that here in Ontario. The left will loose this round.

I don't know the answer to your question. I would say both. Advanced to know what exactly is put before them and rule objectively. Created for the ever changing landscape that has NEVER been seen before.

It is extraordinary for me that at the exact time that changes are happening extraordinary quickly I have all the time in world to watch it play out.

I'm waiting for April 15th now.
Almost fitting that it starts on Tax Day. 😂

The fine and interest and conditions about his appeal go way beyond and precedence. Setting unheard of records. And it absolutely is a political witch hunt
