The case that isn't even the most serious thing trump needs to worry about is not only a criminal case, but it's one that Cohen as his attorney and fixer already went to prison for...and as he was being prosecuted it was perfectly clear that criminal involvement was there in spades for trump as the boss and leader. If anything the case about trump is even clearer and easier to win than the case against Cohen was...it's fraud in a variety of ways.
