Kash Patel has a copy of the letter, dated Jan 4th, that the Sec. of Defense offered 10,000 National Guards to Bowser, Mayor of the DC. Kash Patel has also a copy of the reply from Bowser rejecting the offer on Jan 5th, 2021.

The Defense Sec. testified that he offered the 10,000-20,000 National Guards.
