If Trump truly committed fraud then most bankers and real estate appraisers should be charged with fraud too. The banks didn’t lose any money, they were happy to have him as a borrower, they were always paid back. They are not complaining. She ran on getting Trump her whole campaign. The bankers don’t take Trump’s appraisals on his properties they do their own appraisals and loan based on that. The fact that the judge said he was guilty at the start of the trial should have been grounds for a mistrial. I am not a lawyer and maybe someone on here can explain to me why it wasn’t stopped based on that.
