If The Donald can be a Billionaire then I can be a quarter millionaire . I own a modest home paid for outright a couple of vehicles also paid for A shop full of tools upon tools and then some- a cargo trailer and a camper . lots of guns and ammo and around 10 RC cars . Sheeit I'm at least worth a quarter million . In reality though I'm just a thousandaire.--that is between my social security and handy man jobs I do now cause I'm old. I don't owe any bills other than utility's and I Have good credit .---I gonna say I am a Quarter millionaire when I apply for a loan To raise Waygu cattle--See if they go along with me on that . Maybe I should grow Kiwi fruit on 5 acres and have money left over !

The land here nice was cheap . In 1983 when I got here houses were around $15000 to $25000, My place sold for $25000 in 1992 . I bought in 2004 for $55000 now it is worth $175000

I won't ever buy a new truck . My buddy just paid $80,000 for a new Dodge . . I buy used trucks then use them up . I work a pickup HARD .My 1993 Caprice is as good as it was new . Sticker price $19,000 . Can't buy that car anymore . I am keeping it . Screw making car payments and letting someone else live off my interest payments .

That one wasn't new either. 2 years old with 35,000 miles.

I even found a 2007 Duramax for about 45,000. It only had 20,000 miles on and no I didn't buy it.

It really sucks . Back in 1975 I bought a new Ford 4x4 for $5700 sticker price .
