They simply need to appoint an overseer and start liquidation of his holdings.

It's not because he doesn't have the money. It's because the amount is so high. Trump can't find any bond companies who want to secure such a high amount.....and Judge Engoron knows this, too! Trump's attorneys have so far approached 30 surety companies through four separate brokers to obtain a bond, and they have all told him the amount is too high for them to take the risk.

You won't see this in the main stream media...they don't want people to know how setting such an excessive amount is another attempt to break Trump.

This article explains it a bit:

And here's what it says in the article you posted:

"“The amount of the judgment, with interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bonding companies will consider a bond of anything approaching that magnitude…In short, ‘a bond of this size is rarely, if ever, seen,'” Trump’s attorneys wrote in their 4,919-page filing. "

They will probably use some of his property for collateral, yes.

I bet you they start with Mar-a-Lago, too. Just to make it extra nasty.....take his home away from him.

It's going to get worse, too..

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. From what I understand, if he can't post bond, he can't appeal.

Yes! Isn't it wonderful how our justice system is working these days?? (/sarcastic)

My thoughts are that Trump is going to let them go all the way with attacking him, and he's going to let them keep on doing it because it is a way he can expose their corruption. The more they attack him...the more Americans see the corruption!

Trump is all about exposing corruption, as we saw him do when he was President, and this is what terrifies the 'Rats...but he is a brilliant businessman, and what I'm seeing is him beating them at their own game - just by letting them do what they keep on doing to him!

I wonder what her billing book looks like. Trial lawyers are required to keep tabs of what they're doing every 10 or 15 minutes. They used to have a book - like an address book - where they write down what they do all day long. Many years ago I was a paralegal, and had to take the attorneys time books and t***slate it into bills for their clients. If they did not have something in a time slot, they were not paid for it. I'm sure it's all done online now, but attorneys still bill their clients this way now.

I bet she lies like a rug in her time book!
