There are some who did attack police, or damaged and broke into the capital. They can well be described as protesters who in the heat of the moment started r**ting and got out of hand.

But many were tourists that were there to hear the President speak, and wandered over to the Capital and got caught up in the heat of the moment. They wandered into the building at the apparent invitation of the police, and were later accused of the horrible crime of parading. And many in between.

But there was no i**********n. And many are being held for excessive lengths of time without trial and under horrible circumstances like solitary confinement, lack of adequate visitation privileges and harassment at various levels over their legal representatives and without adequate medical care. They are the real victims here. There is no excuse for this treatment of American citizens over their having the audacity of acting like upset democrats, because they were rightfully upset over an obviously f********t e******n.

They should be treated no more severely then democrats who r**t or get wrapped into excessive brutality and criminal behavior during countless protests. Many of which seen to do nothing else but go to every protest they can find, get arrested, and let go without bail, only to do it again the next day.

Hmmm, so four years in jail constitutes a speedy trial in your world?

Anyone who entered the Capitol building should pay the price, just like anyone committing violence in any other protest turned r**t anywhere in this country. Although the people entering the Capitol should be dealt with harshly, interrupting the count of any e******n should pay with time in jail.

If you're being held for ransom (a guilty plea) you are a hostage.

ALL r****rs should be jailed, If you've read any of my posts on this you'd know I do not split hairs when it comes to violence. There is a difference in peacefully protesting and r**ting, I'm all for protesting and all against violence in any form.

And trump cult members are plotting civil war if trump doesn't win... That's the difference I'm not supposed to think like I do if it goes against anything trump supporters believe while I could care less what they think as long as it doesn't infringe on my life.

yup, the ones r**ting along with the people who were tearing down statues, setting fire to federal building and churches. I find it hard to believe 1200 people who have been arrested were all r****rs.
