Matt Gaetz Wrecks the Special Counsels Excuses for Not Indicting Joe Biden
Special Counsel Robert Hur released his report on the whitewash “investigation” into Joe Biden’s stolen classified documents scandal this week. He also testified before Congress. As expected, Hur did not indict Joe Biden for what were clearly national security-level crimes.

Joe Biden stole classified documents from the government for decades and stashed them away in seven different unsecured locations. Hur claims that Joe Biden couldn’t be charged with any crimes because he would present himself to a jury as a forgetful old man with a bowl of tapioca pudding instead of a brain. He wouldn’t be able to convict Biden for his crimes.



Hur also claims he was unable to establish “intent,” which is a necessary aspect of the crime for legal reasons. That was a lie, however, as Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) showed during his questioning of Hur.

Joe Biden lied repeatedly about the tons of boxes of classified documents that he stole. He lied to the press, he lied to Congress, he lied to the American people, and he even lied to Robert Hur. Gaetz gets Hur to admit this and then points out that if a person lies over and over again about something, that in itself establishes “intent.”
