Offenders could spend at least six months in jail or undergo rehabilitation
Oregon is ready to end its ‘experiment’ with drug decriminalization: State Sen. Tim Knopp
Oregon State Sen. Tim Knopp (R) breaks down his state’s latest v**e to end drug decriminalization as Oregon faces a deadly addiction crisis.
Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek will sign a bill recriminalizing small amounts of illicit drugs again, according to a statement from the governor's office on Thursday, subsequently ending the liberal state's short-lived drug policy.
House Bill 4002 will reverse the short-lived Measure 110, a 2020 law that v**ers approved to decriminalize most illegal possession of controlled substance offenses and redirect much of the state's marijuana tax revenue to fund grants for addiction services.

I v**ed against 110 . It went the way I thought it would . Druggies thought they had a free pass and they did ;and an out of hand situation got insanely out of hand . Rehabilitate the reachable and teachable . Retire the rest to very long stretches in the penitentiary .
