She sure DID use taxpayer dollars - a LOT of it!!

She had an affair with another prosecutor (Nathan Wade) that she hired. She paid him $250/hour when all the other prosecutors were only being paid $150/hour - some of whom had much more experience and cases than Wade did. And, she hired Wade to provide legal services regarding anti-corruption issues when the Fulton County already HAD a legal department that handled anti-corruption cases (the person who handled those cases Sonja Allen, who had to back off the case when WAde was hired). So.....Georgia taxpayers were paying for TWO people to handle anti-corruption cases, when the budget only called for one person in Fulton County for that position.

She traveled all over the world with Wade on cruises, trips across the country and other vacation trips, and when asked who paid for what, she said everything they did was paid for in cash and they didn't keep any receipts. She couldn't remember the name of the cruise lines, the travel agents they used, the names of the hotels they stayed in or anything else - no receipts for any of it. And when the prosecutor asked her if she could provide any proof at all of how much money they spent (they were only allowed to spend one hundred dollars on outside expenditures - anything above $100.00 had to be approved)....but they didn't do that, either...and no one knows how much, or where the money came from for all those vacations.

If that's not suspicious enough, she applied to the city for funds in the neighborhood of millions of dollars to hire 55 "new" employees, which she did not get proper approval for, was granted millions of dollars to hire those employees BUT when she got the money, she did not use it to hire those 55 new employees..she hired about 3 or 4 employees, and has no record of what happened to the rest of the money. (The implication is that they used it for the trips.)

Nathan Wade and Ms Willis had a meeting in January with the DOJ and the Vice President (??) at the White House! For 8 hours, according to his billing records. No reason was given as to why they needed to meet at the White House, with the Vice President Harris and the DOJ BEFORE the indictments were charged! And speaking of billing records, Wade did not itemize his time the way attorneys must do when billing clients...he had whole blocks of time slots - 8 hours here, 8 hours there, when most attorneys bill in 10 - 15-minute slots....i.e., a phone call for 20 minutes, or a luncheon meeting for 45 minutes, etc. Willis was the one who approved the billings. There was a huge question about how Willis even billed for furniture and other items she purchased when she hired Wade and other employees....she had approval authority, and no one ever questioned the amounts she spent or what it was for....and the purchasing department just rubber-stamped disbursing the money to Wade because Willis approved it, and they were not to question it.

There is proof of conflict of interest all over the place! And there's a more that these two lovebirds did that was a conflict of interest - six examples of it. Watch the special hearing where the State Investigation Committee and Ms. Merchant exposed these things. (link below)!

The video of the State Investigation Committee's hearing when they subpoenaed Ms. Merchant (Fani Willis' prosucutor) to ask her more questions about the disqualification shows a clear conflict of interest....if you doubt she committed fraud after listening to this, I think you must be biased. Ms Merchant was called a r****t and liar throughout the hearing, and she is out to prove that not only are those things untrue, but very much of what Ms Willi and Mr. Wade have been saying is "unt***hful"....and that is the crux of the matter.....if they are unt***hful about even ONE thing, they should be disqualified....and there is a LOT of "unt***h" that has been done with these two clowns.

I believe one of the reasons why the Fulton County Ethics Board does not want to waste time and money investigating the ethics of Ms Willis and Mr. Wade' actions, is because it was clearly pointed out at the State Investigation Committee hearing that ethics were violated - the details are quite astonishing.

Not so, M. Read the article. "The Fulton County Board of Ethics was expected to hear two complaints against Willis after her romance with a special prosecutor on the e******n i**********e case involving former President Trump raised concerns of a conflict of interest.

The board determined it does not have jurisdiction over Willis, who is a state constitutional officer in her role, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported." ....

"The oversight hearing drew renewed attention to the district attorney’s relationship as the judge overseeing the 2020 e******n i**********e case weighs whether to disqualify Willis and her office from the historic prosecution.

Judge Scott McAfee said he expects to rule on the matter by the end of next week.
The case could be thrown into limbo if he does boot Willis and the Fulton County district attorney’s office from it, as a local council would be tasked with picking a different district attorney’s office to take up the prosecution." Save your powder til next week!

Credit card statements of Wade's included in Friday's filing show Willis' name next to trips booked to San Francisco and Miami. The trips appear to be from Wade's statements from the fall of 2022 and the spring of 2023, after he had been hired by Willis as a prosecutor on the e******n i**********e case.

During Mr Wade’s testimony, the prosecutor was asked about all of the charges on his Capital One card, which seem to suggest that he had paid for a series of trips with Ms Willis to Belize, Aruba and elsewhere. Mr. Wade explained to the court that he booked a lot of these trips for “safety reasons,” given the high-profile nature of the e******n f***d case against Mr. Trump, and that she paid him back in cash.
