Mike I truly admire you and your convictions.. but I can not agree with some of what is said on the a******n issue. Do not want to argue about it.. it is very personal for many.. and better things to feud about. and yes I do know what an apostate is.. back I think in the 90s, I wanted to know more about Christianity, I have gone through a long life with the facts given me in Sunday school and Vacation Bible school.. but always had some obvious concerns and it seemed just not fair that King David got all the good things..

So I started a look see.. and to my dismay. I found a lot of old faiths that very much resembled my idea of Christianity.. one in particular,, but can not pull up the name.. very popular with roman troops, many of the "churches" were in caves and the tunnels under cities.. now not all of these similarities were in one faith. I hope.. but included, the virgin birth, the resurrection is several forms, the 12 disciples... a version of the 10 commandments. I also have been thinking of having another look into the subject.. I got a book long ago at my confirmation called "proof of the bible".. very interesting and I still feel much to learn.. so maybe a fresh look will be my goal.. have a nice evening..
