Mostly that... also mentioned was the chaos of having different states removing candidates of different parties for different reasons.. the need for identical b****ts for a national e******n was mentioned by at least two of the justices..

So, correct, the states do not have the right to modify a national e******n..

ArtII.S1.C5.1 Qualifications for the Presidency

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The Qualifications Clause set forth in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 requires the President to be a natural-born citizen, at least thirty-five years of age, and a resident of the United States for at least fourteen years.


Can Trump run for president from prison? Yes, and it’s been done before.

true, I read the same article some time ago the read about Dobs and his running years ago... it may well be a case of following the law but not being any form of justice..

This outcome was not in question in my mind.. so going forward we shall see what develops. This b****t question is now over and done..

No, but neither is crooked Biden lying his way throughout his entire presidency, political career and having the media as a reliable shill and providing cover for him. Besides, Biden's policies aren't meant to help the middle class, they are doing the exact opposite and treating the i*****l a***ns better than American citizens.
