WFOC is our abbreviation for one of site members, otherwise known as Worried for Our Children. About sixteen months ago we had a WPD (Watch Paint Dry) party. You truly do not want to know the whole story, though it is funny. He makes a lot of popcorn. The joke was he was bringing a theatre popcorn machine. Ever since then, all events have to have WFOC Popcorn.
