I have stated more than once.

Yeah, like Blade said....you never let us forget it.
That's gotta be the 500th time he's posted that.
Stole the words right out of Jesus' mouth, and funnily enough, Jesus only had to say it once.
Argumentum ad Nauseam is the fallacy of trying to prove something by saying it again and again.
However, it is not a fallacy to state an important point again and again; what is fallacious is to expect the repetition alone to substitute for real arguments.
That said, repetition is definitely a teaching technique, the more times you repeat a critical element of a lesson,
the more the students will retain it. Like teaching someone to play a musical instrument, the more the student repeats the musical exercise, the better he will play it.
In public speaking, the general rule is tell them what you're gonna tell, then tell them, then tell them what you told them. Nonetheless,
Argumentum ad Nauseam is a very popular fallacy in debate, and with good reason: the more times you say something, the more likely it is that the judge will remember it. However, the problem arises when the other team has made some assertion, failed to justify it, and then stated it again and again. This will never win a debate or argument because they've given us no justification for their bold assertions.
TJ made the very bold assertion that he came here to bear witness to the t***h, repeated it so many times it has become cliche, and never once has he justified such a claim.
