In briefings, his staff said they had to explain even simple concepts in the most basic terms and use pictures to help him understand. He would not read or attend briefings. He boasted that he had never read the Constitution and did not intend to read it. He constantly struggled with his staff because he expected to rule like a king and didn’t understand that our Constitution gives the president administrative powers, not anything more. He often made false statements because he never cared to know our history or science or anything he had to know to do his job.That is how he ran up a total of over 20,000 lies in his 4 years as president. He needs to use a golf cart to get from a chip shot to the putting green and from one building to the next at the G7 summit meeting. He needed the assistance of an elderly gentleman to walk him down a handicap ramp. His poor health and psychological dysfunction has combined with age to make all of his inherent problems even worse.

The reality is that Trump was never fit for any government office even several decades ago and he is even less so now.

Real Estate is a lucrative business especially during the early years when property was a lot cheaper. As time went by, NYC was the best location for investment in real estate. And Trump did that. His father started that job and later on Donald acquired the sk**ls, and his father left most of the business to be continued.

As a realtor, and Accountant, I have experienced what Donald had in his massive real estate development. Only mine was lot smaller scale. It was a great achievement. Donald Trump made NYC not only the best financial center of the world, but the most beautiful and most expensive due to the well-developed location. NYC used to have excellent reputation that most businesspeople of the world had been attracted to do business.
