You are mistaken. Migrant workers pick vegetables and fruit. Most of the rest of American agriculture is automated. Grain and meat production does not rely heavily on migrant labor, except if you want to to include the meat packing industry. Now there I will grant you, illegal labor matters. I have seen small pork slaughtering operations and it is a brutal way to make a living.

I talked to a government inspector who had to be there because they were k*****g the pigs. It was July and the odor was pretty bad, and I am used to that sort of stuff. He told me the smell and the squealing was nothing compared to the large facilities he frequented.

But I digress. Grain and cattle and pork and chicken production are not very dependent on migrant labor. Granted we are in a cycle where cattle herds were depleted. Anyway with America awash in i******s, fruits and vegetables should be dirt cheap. All I know is today I was at the lunch meat counter, and the prices are double what they were when Joe Biden came in to office.

Even if it is true that lunch meat doubled in price, do you think Joe Biden had anything to do with that? You might be thinking that president Biden calling for higher wages and greater protections for farm laborers and tougher regulations of large livestock farms might have contributed to the increase in price at the meat counter. Maybe you should try shopping at a different meat counter.

Trump’s latest executive order: Banning people from 7 countries and more
With just a few quick strokes of the pen, President Donald Trump on Friday banned – temporarily, for now – roughly 218 million people from entering the United States.
Trump barred citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US for at least the next 90 days by executive order, which a senior White House official said later Friday is likely just a first step toward establishing a broader ban.
Full text of Trump’s executive order
It’s unclear how many more countries will be added to the list, but the official said the administration will be “very aggressive” as it weighs how many more countries to add to the list.

Asked what criteria the administration will consider as it looks to expand the ban beyond the initial seven countries, the official said simply the “mandate is to keep America safe.”
“Not going to take any risks,” the official added.
That’s just one part of the controversial executive order Trump signed Friday dubbed: “Protecting the Nation from foreign terrorist entry into the United States.” Many of the provisions in the order are consistent with Trump’s campaign pledges.

Here’s a breakdown of what the executive order does.
Bans citizens of 7 countries
Trump banned citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US for at least the next 90 days.
The executive order bars all people hailing from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen – or at least 218 million people, based on 2015 data published by the World Bank – from entering the United States.
Those countries were named in a 2016 law concerning immigration visas as “countries of concern.”
But the executive order also makes clear those seven countries are just a starting point for a likely broader ban.
The order exempts diplomats and members of international organizations from the ban.

'A lot better than in Europe"? ? ? ? Is that like saying I would rather break my left arm, than my right?

Would rather lose my bottom lip, rather than my "Upper"? Would rather live in Gaza, than Iran?

I would "rather", neuter most all Demo'rats, than my dogs! [ &, I do not k**l Puppies, & call it "Kindness"]

Any more pearls of wisdom?

Still posting made up images. Your boy Joe is in deep trouble. Nobody, but you believes he is physically and mentally capable of being President for another 5 years. Well the good news for you and Joe is, he is giving his State of the Union speech tonight. It will give him the opportunity to prove me and the rest of America wrong about his fitness to continue to be our President.

I am betting against feeble olde Joe. He will try and fail to run on his record. Afghanistan, the Mexican Border, Inflation, and his mental lapses during speeches are the negatives. The ability of the media to lie for him and cover up his failings are the positives. The media and the money of the Left Wing $ CaBillionaires d**gged olde Joe over the finish line in 2020. Maybe they will do it again, but the corpse of his Candidacy will be much harder to d**g this time around.

You are clueless, amazingly clueless. I shop in a small town. In general meat lunch meat prices are far less in my one horse town than in more prosperous areas. I already gave you an exhausting list of reasons your boy Joe caused high food prices.

The greatest thing T*****r Don did was demonstrate to 81 MILLION v**ers that he was incapable of doing the job and was not fit for office.

Your exhausting list includes the following:

"Okay that was inflation in general. Food inflation in particular. I can argue that not preventing the Russo-Ukraine War by showing how weak and incompetent he was in Afghanistan, olde Joe took a lot of grain off of the world market. Disruptions of Ukrainian and also Russian grain from the global markets sent over all world food prices up. You might argue that Putin, not Biden caused that. I disagree."

Are you really arguing that by not preventing a war, somehow Joe Biden was able to cause food prices to go up all over the world? I find your rambling remarks exhausting.
