Claiming that Biden's speech was "highly factual", and claiming that the "bi-partisan border bill" Biden supports, "but Trumps opposition helped k**l in congress" is the height of HYPOCRISY.
MY FACT CHECK OF CNN's Border Bill that proclaims to solve the problem of "i*****l i*********n".
The "so-called" bi-partisan border bill (Democrats and RINO's) would have permitted up to 4,999 "i*****l m*****ts" per day X 365 days per year = 1,824,000 to enter this country.
Your so called "bi-partisan border deal" would have gutted the 1996 I*****l I*********n Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) which required all individuals seeking asylum at ports of entry to be detained. They remain in detention even after officials confirm their claims as credible, unless the officials decide the applicants are unlikely to flee and do not pose a safety threat.
Wheras the Republican H.R.2 Secure the Border Act of 2023 that was never taken up by Democrat Chuck Schumer's led Senate would have actually corrected abuses of Biden's executive orders ("catch and release" and ending "remain in Mexico") that created the problem in the first place.
