Are any of the following protected by the first amendment?

1. Speech inciting a r**t
2. Conspiring to commit felonies before the fact
3. Speech that is likely to cause bodily harm or death.
4. Slander
5. Speech designed to defraud.
6. Lies to public officials and law enforcement.
7. Lies under oath.
8. Witness intimidation.
9. Jury tampering.

You obviously missed the "compelling governmental interest". Even a weak-minded extremist such as you should be able to recognize the danger.

Everything I listed is a compelling government interest. Are they protected by the first amendment free speech clause? Yes or no?

But it is the ones that you DID NOT list and may potentially be "controlled" by the government. For instance - the ruling power may decide that speaking out against an unproven v*****e should be controlled. Or speech endorsing a particular candidate may be a 'compelling interest'.

As I said: You aren't bright enough to understand that.
