We both come from a tradition that the more often we receive the Body of Christ the more Christlike we become. I'm afraid I've been doing some backsliding engaging the enemy in our war against evil. I recently found a Mark Twain comment that allows some expectation of relief. He said "Under certain circumstances, profanity provides a relief denied even to prayer." Mea culpa. 😇

Holy moly my memory from high school in the 1950's was off a bit. So what? More important is your asinine assertion of Mysogeny. Your ignorance never fails to surprise me.

The Episcopal Church intentionally departed from scripture, tradition, their own Canons and Moral Authority when they laid hands on the first female priestess. What they lost was a great deal more than their congregations could ever have imagined - now it's all wholly accepted by the people. They once considered themselves part of the one, holy, catholic & apostolic church. I expect they still mouth the same words.

It wasn't long after ordaining women that they began ordaining homosexuals and lesbians and opening the Church to all sexual perverts claiming Jesus says, "Come as you are, I love you and you don't ever need to change." That's a lie. Jesus would never say something that absurd. He sacrificed His holy and blessed life for the forgiveness of sin, not to enable or tolerate it. The sexual poison slid out of the Episcopal Church into practically every mainstream Protestant Congregations creating many new schism between their faithful and the Compromisers.

The Church doors are open only to that Body of Christ containing confessing repentant sinners. Those doors are closed to unrepentant sinners who only bring sin and shame into the Body. How do we know this T***h? Paul tells us unconditionally to drive them out. He shares with us this teaching in his letter to the Church in Corinth: (1 Cor 5: 1-13)

"I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people.  Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person.

12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore put away from yourselves the evil person.” Wow!!!

That's called excommunication, Kemmer.

The only hope you have left is either it's a gross misinterpretation of Holy Scripture or Jesus was just kidding. Neither hold water.

Powerful words, padre! Jesus is a stern teacher, as a good Father should be. He is trying to teach His children to be good, honest, honorable people, as a good Father would! And it is all because He loves us! As a good Father does!

My dad used to say "My house, my rules"....and that's how I think of God....and it is how I taught my son to think of God...Heaven is His House....and to live there when you die, you have to follow His rules.

And when you don't, you get kicked out of the house.

If you think mocking a priest is going to make things easier for you, pal, you are dead wrong....and I mean dead. Like your soul is going to be.

I want you to remember this when you get to that place where you are lying on your deathbed with only a few minutes to go....or maybe right before you are squashed like a bug in a car crash, when your life is flashing before your eyes....to think of how you mocked this man of God - which is akin to mocking God Himself. Maybe then you might feel some remorse for your awful words here? Or maybe not....but I don't wish what's going to happen to you on even my worst enemy when you take that last breath of yours.

If you haven’t seen Trump wander and slide on a stage or many instances of word salad, you might not be watching the same station I am which shows Biden doing all sorts of good works for America. But if I watched OAN or FOX then I would know Biden is a moron and Trump is a crafty genius. So as far as I know neither one of us has a clue because now all of the media and most of the citizens wouldn’t know the t***h if it hit ‘‘em in the face. That is the situation we all live in. All of the media uses click bait and headline grabbing, but I for one don’t trust anybody to have the t***h. I am quite sure that American has never lived in such a state. I remember Steve Bannon talking about taking down our government, destroying the institution of our government. At the time I didn’t think it was possible, this is America after all. Unless I really can’t believe my eyes and ears, that seems to actually be happening. We have no trust in the SCOTUS and no trust in the FBI or the CIA or the Pentagon or the congress. I was really shocked to hear Ken Buck on the secrets of the Congress of the U S. The agreement about how much money they get donated. The committee chairmanships are actually up for sale. The bigger the committee the bigger the money. Honestly it’s all such a mess I can’t see how we get back. Trump said today that ,” some people actually like it when I say I want to be a dictator.
