Yesterday on either CNN, to MSNBC, a commentator said that Justice Alito, and Justice Thomas would like to bring a case to court in which they would like to judge the constitutionality of birth control. I don't know if this is true or not, but it is the extreme position of some pro life believers.
Has anybody heard anything about this?

Our constitution says all men are created equal. We are created before we are born so the unborn are equal to us and should be protected.

Depending on one's position birth control can mean preventing pregnancy or it can mean preventing the unborn child from being born. It can also involve giving birth control products to minors without parents consent.

It's not true. The Justices of SCOTUS elect to hear lawsuit cases brought up by others.

There were numerous state laws banning birth control that were deemed unconstitutional. The religious dogma in some fundamentalist sects dictates that even in marriage the only allowed reason to have sex is procreation. Never for love or pleasure. This led to laws that made birth control unavailable so that the risk of unwanted pregnancy would be a threat to anyone not following the edicts of these religions. Some justices, including Thomas have voiced the opinion that states have the constitutional right to enact and enforce laws that force this on their citizens.

God forbid that a teen girl being raped by her father be allowed access to birth control without his consent.

You can bet that if CNN or MSNBC said it, it’s covered in💩
