I 100% agree with the neuroscientist .You are what you feed your mind. If something fits your prejudice even an unt***h it is believable in your mind . I see it when people bash a news source as extreme or zero credibility when the "evidence" from them is presented and actual extremist and obviously biased reports are sworn by as the "Real t***h ."

If something does not fit our narrative we deem it nonsense. We all do it.

It is pointing out our assessment of an idea that k**ls discussion & debate.
