This president will go as low as any serial k**ler or any ISIS beheader. We know that it reports that Bergdahl deserted and Obuma is trying to cover it up because he fracked up on the Gitmo exchange. He brought the Bergdahl parents to the WH and made a big deal about his accomplishment and paraded the parents before the cameras.

Bergdahl didn't just desert; he defected to go join the talaban. That is why Obama saw fit to release the 5 most brutally savage terrorist commanders that Gitmo had to offer. The only reason we should want Burkdahl back is to court-martial him but of course that will never happen because that would be an embarrassment to Obama. Such experts on the workings of both domestic and international law truly should know that
1.the Geneva Convention requires that the signers release prisoners by the end of the conflict.
2.[vets especially should appreciate this] There are policies and procedures within the Dept. of Defense. The report was complete in December, it went to No.Carolina for determination about charges.

I think so too, but not for the liberal. Nothing gets through that defensive veneer. The US is a signer to the Geneva Convention. That makes the US responsible to adhere to the provisions.
The conflict is in Afghanistan. That is winding down. Would you prefer that the Adminstration just dump them on US streets when the troops are out or do you want the separation performed in an orderly fashion?
You can create all the denials you wish, these people were taken from fields of conflict.

The US has hundreds of people jailed for terrorist activities.
Those N**is and supporters were jailed after being charged with war crimes.
The "hating r****t" as you term the POTUS wanted to charge many of the inmates at Guantanamo in federal courts. Congress would not allow it after the chickens**t chickenhawks whigned and screeched because they didn't have the balls to bring those captives to the mainland where they do their whigning and screeching.

Military tribunals are to be used to charge people who were part of a military force. When you learn something about legal boundaries, please feel free to discuss legal matters. Until you actually know what you are talking about it is pointless to try to talk to you.
