We just had a major shutdown on AT&T and Verizon yesterday( communications interuptions) now a spy baloon today and they didn't shut it down. There's also a military base in Colorado. Why is Biden allowing these to cross our county unimpeded? It's still floating across our skies as we speak.

It has come across the entire country. Biden's military probably couldn't hit it anyway looking at the number of misses in their previous volleys.

Are these balloons capable of delivering an EMP? The only thing I can think of is they want us acclimated to the presence of these balloons.

Good chance it will be shot down over the Atlantic Ocean, where there aren't any people or homes to hit.
