I absolutely unequivocally cannot pass this up. Obviously, you have to wait for some “group” to tell you what the government has been showing for at least two years. This did not start in October of 2023. It has been growing for a number of years. You only care now that it slightly aligns with your positions.
One would think a supposed history teacher would be aware historically there are no Palastians nor was there a Palastine. Secular Jews so easily forget such things.
AuntiE, The entire world, believes there is a Palestine. Most Palestinians ancestors come from Syria, Saudi Arabia, and other Arab countries. The former head of the PLO Anwar Sedat, came from Egypt. I get it. The big problem is how to solve a conflict that has been going on for over a hundred years. If the Palestinians refuse to believe that there is an Israel, and the Israelis believe that there is no Palestine, how can the war ever be stopped? Whether you believe that there is no Palestine, or there is, the t***h of the matter is that if the entire world believes there is THERE IS. Muslims have been living in the former Palestinian of the British mandate from before the First World War.
Remember the Crusades? I know that Jewish people have been there roughly from 2000 BCE, to the present day, but modern Israel came about in the late 1940s.
I have been a Z*****t since before you were born. My family was extremely Z*****t. Because I have studied the Arab- Israeli War, I'm am very aware of the situation. I might add that I have been in Israel twice as well as Jordan. In the navy I visited ports in Egypt, Sudan, Yemen, and Pakistan. I have always gotten along with Muslims, including my next door neighbor in Maryland who was a Palestinian, I worked for two men from Pakistan, as well as a Turk. I roomed with a Turkish student in college.
I will never accept any doctrine, policy, or organization that insists that I accept their ideas without reasoning it out.
Mutual acceptance of each others existence is absolutely necessary, aside from wh**ever you or I believe! If I were a Republican, I would be considered a RINO. I can't believe it, but some of the MAGA Republicans call me a c*******t, in spite of the fact that I invest in the NY Stock exchange, I enlisted in the US Navy, and was there for the Cuban Blockade as well as Nam. I majored in American history, and taught it for thirty years.
