If Trump is convicted of one or more of the dozens of felonies he is charged with should he receive a prison sentence? And should Biden commute his sentence for federal felonies as a gesture of goodwill?

As long as he is stopped from being President Democrats do not care about a prison sentence. This whole thing has nothing to do with crimes. It is about stopping Trump in any manner possible. Biden will do nothing until after the e******n.

Not all felons receive prison sentences.
There may or may not be mandatory time per crime.
In some blue states a rapist could receive probation.
