Donald Trump appears to hurt himself by trying to punish those who have held him accountable and inflict injury by embarrassing him or thwarting his will. This is known as a narcissistic collapse. Narcissistic collapse happens when a narcissist can no longer uphold their grandiose image. When this occurs, they feel profoundly threatened.

slatten, I have spoken to various psychologists and psychiatrists that I worked with. All but one believe Trump to have anti social personality disorder, One believes he has narcissistic personality disorder. Either way, he is clearly unfit for political office.
