Today, a three-judge panel, including one of Trump's judges, ruled that a president isn't above the law. Are they wrong? Should Trump be above the law as will all presidents thereafter? BTW, a dictator is above the law. Is that what an American president should be?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDA0QCYt0MQIt's sort of a catch 22. The president is immune while he is in office, but should honor the office enough to not commit crimes while serving the people. George W. Bush should have been tried for war crimes ,but the justice dept . Is no longer an independent agency. They now answer to the president instead of the people.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDA0QCYt0MQFor once, you ask a reasonable question rather than your usual blast at conservatives.
In many ways, presidents are the law. If this decision is allowed to stand, then we MUST apply it to all living presidents, former & present, and not just DJT, as your fellow ideologues have suddenly discovered as a possibility to use against him. Just think of Carter, Clinton, W Bush & Barack H. Obama on court dockets.
It might not be a bad idea, especially since every president had been guilty of unconstitutional, i.e. illegal, actions.

True. It's in the nature of the president to abuse his power. It's the job of Congress to not allow it
