The Appeals Court unanimously, agreed that Trump has no immunity in crimes he has been charged with. I don't think that anybody agrees that a past president has permanent immunity for crimes committed while he was just a citizen. If that were true, President Biden could have Trump shot by a seal team. NOBODY is above the law!

No one is seriously looking for 100% total immunity for presidents and past presidents. But there also has to be some protections from outright assault that the democrats are employing against a past president. If not, there are no limits on attacking past presidents for any slight infringement of the law like spitting on the side walk and jay walking. The democrats are showing right now, the absurdity of out right attacks against a past president, real or imagined, and it isn't real until the final verdict. And he or any other past president can be innocent of every crime charged, and the time and costs to him personally, become astronomical. That in of itself is a crime against past presidents. We are not a banana republic but the democrats are sure trying to make us one, or look like one. FJB LGB MAGA

And what about Obama, Clinton and Carter? Do you have the honesty to apply it?
