In a striking 57-page unanimous opinion, the panel of three DC Circuit judges wrote that that the justice system allowed for a former president to face charges for actions he took while in office, and that the public interest in holding a potentially criminal president accountable outweighed any potential “chilling effect” on the presidency.

sure, it is what he has done all his life with court cases.. and if he can extend the time to after the e******n he will be delighted. even if he does not win, the expectation is that the charges will evaporate without e******n pressure to push them..
I also think he felt that if he is the candidate, the protection will be extended to him now, from the time he was in office, but after today that looks like a flat tire.

It appears nothing is for sure - the house is preparing a resolution stating Trump did not participate in an i**********n - this will take the wind out of the sails of the prosecutions case - don’t believe either the trial in Georgia or DC will even start before the e******n - should Trump be elected everything that has been created to stop him will quickly go away

I agree on the start date after the e******n.. Just seems to go on and on.. If it does go on that long, even if he does not win, the urgency , such as it is, will go away and then everything will just be minimal..
Very warm up here,, records for the cities...for us last night and the night before did not even drop to freezing.. all our snow is gone.. Probably have to pay with end of march blizzard and real cold april..h**e those two items.
