The fact that our kids can read or do math. We lowered the standard so that more women could join traditional male dominated jobs. Before you attack me for that statement understand that not all men could pass the standards but there are women who can. Everyone doesn't get to do want they want without doing the work. We took away merit and replaced it with equity.
