Free college Education for "disadvantaged" children

The children are disadvantaged because their irresponsible parents spawned them for the most part without benefit of a 2nd parent family lifestyle based on a culture that encouraged education and dedication to accomplishment and positive successes atmosphere. Now the government wants to extend the existing sub- education culture by expanding more time wasted in so called institutions of higher learning which in time will dissolve into more social miseries.

You hit the nail on the head. If I had Tasine's picture, I would put it in here, but cannot find it. But you are so correct, and those pushing the program know that it won't work for what they claim they want to do. It will work find for what they intended all along, which was to make people even more dependent on government for all their needs.

Free free free that's all I hear from President Obama giving away whats not his to the unqualified who couldn't last 3 weeks in any "advanced (high school) Commmunity college if you paid them so they can keep up with their mendicancy at the public trough
