A group of far-left Democrat lawmakers are calling for a $14 trillion payout to b***k A******ns to make them whole for the human bondage suffered by some of their ancestors and have brought forth legislation to get the ball rolling on federal r********ns.

The legality of the controversial scheme is even more dubious than the idea that it could be sold to the e*****rate as a whole but the biggest stumbling block could be the price tag, although one member of “The Squad” has suggested that it can be made to happen with a bit of creative financing.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (R-NY) who is one of the co-sponsors of H.R. 414, titled, “Recognizing that the United States has a moral and legal obligation to provide r********ns for the ens***ement of Africans and its lasting harm on the lives of millions of Black people in the United States” is demanding the federal government be held responsible for s***ery with the remedy being throwing $14,000,000,000,000 at a concocted problem that only exists in the minds of l*****ts.

According to the Journal News, “There are about 42 million African Americans in the United States, representing 12% of our nation’s population, according to the 2020 census. That means the proposed r********ns program could deliver roughly $333,000 per person. Bowman said it could be paid over decades.”

“Who says the $14 trillion needs to be paid out in one shot?” Bowman asked.“It might be possible for it to be paid out over 5 or 10 or 20 years. You could take that $333,000 and break it up into monthly checks over X amount of time. There are creative ways to do the right thing and do what needs to be done.”

Bowman, who recently made news for illegally pulling a fire alarm and shutting down Congress, brought up some examples of large government outlays such as the C***D p******c and the 1960s-1970s “space race” when he suggests that money was simply conjured up out of thin air.

“When C***D was destroying us, we invested in the American people in a way that kept the economy afloat,” the volatile lawmaker told the outlet. “The government can invest the same way in r********ns without raising taxes on anyone.”

“Where did the money come from?” Bowman asked. “We spent it into existence.”

According to the legislation which was introduced last year: “Whereas financial r********ns must be paid by the Federal Government for an amount that respected economists have estimated totals, at minimum, $14,000,000,000,000 to eliminate the racial wealth gap that currently exists between Black and W***e A******ns.”

“Whereas scholars have estimated that the United States benefitted from 222,505,049 hours of forced labor between 1619 and the end of s***ery in 1865, which would be valued at $97,000,000,000,000 today,” the resolution reads, citing “scholars” who aren’t named but likely include the type of intellectuals and academics who have been poisoning fertile young minds with anti-American, anti-white critical race theory propaganda.

“Our country was not founded on the principle that all people are created equal. It was founded at the expense of the lives, freedoms and well-being of black people, African folks who they stole, whose ens***ement, exploitation and dehumanization were written into the Constitution,” said the bill’s chief sponsor, B*M bomb-thrower Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) when it was introduced last May.

Bush has kept up the call for the trillions of dollars to be doled out to undeserving b****s, none of who were ever s***es, and recently took to X to remind Americans that r********ns are “OWED” to black folks.

Our country owes–OWES–a debt to the descendants of ens***ed Black people, not just for s***ery, but for what followed, like Black Codes, red lining, Jim Crow, and mass incarceration. That’s why I introduced my R********ns NOW resolution. This country has an obligation. — Cori Bush (@CoriBush) January 8, 2024

In addition to Bowman and Bush, the legislation’s other co-sponsors include Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Barbara Lee (D-CA), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Summer Lee (D-PA), Al Green (D-TX) and a half dozen others.

Bowman told the Journal News that the $14 trillion price tag could swell to $16 trillion to account for inflation by the time that it passes.

“Let’s say the investment of $16 trillion will yield $100 trillion on the back end,” he said. “It’s just like when you invest in child care. Every dollar you invest in child care yields $14 on the back end.”

Gap between colors of people always exist because though we are given equal opportunity by God, please understand that all of us differ on almost every aspect of our life.

Some people are born smart or brilliant. Some people are born dumb and ugly. Our DNA's gave that to us. Some are born beautiful. Some are naturally kind, and some are mean. Some people are hard workers while other are lazy and dumb.

Whose faults are these? Not mine or that of others. These are the differences that separate us from one another. We could not control these. If some people are naturally dumb, they still can never surpass the natural brilliance of others. E.g. Elon Musk. Do you blame him for being smart and hard worker?

Or others who are ugly and jealous, can we help change that? We tried on various means thru more privileges or more benefits to those left behind.

But do not extort from those who succeeded they earned what they have.
They could be a great role model to those who always complain.

I believe so also. Don't see how this can be done Constitutionally. However; as we've see, Biden doesn't seem to care much about the Constitution.

Since I'm sure the advocates of this "program" have carefully thought out the consequences of implementing it I would like to pose the following questions.

1) If payments are made over a 10 or 20 year period, are all the children and grandchildren of an eligible parent also eligible for partial payment, full payment, full payment plus inflation and if so for how many generations would this be carried through?

2) How could the United States of America benefit from ANYTHING in 1619, when even the concept of a self-governing USA didn't emerge for over a 150 years?

3) I believe that a quick review of history will show that just about EVERY POLTICAL ENITY larger than a small city state had s***ery in some form or another prior to 1800, so should everybody else from the ancient Egyptians onward to the start of the 19th century be charged for r********ns? It should be kept in mind that roughly 90% of the t***s-Atlantic s***e trade in the 17th and 18th century was to what is today Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

4) Considering that the c****-** payments over a 1 year period in the US was probably the main driving force for the high level of inflation in 2022, how would an equally large infusion of cash over a 10 year period effect inflation?

5) Would I be correct in saying that IF r********ns were paid out then all affirmative action, set-asides, minority owned business preferences, admission quotas, etc. etc. for eligible individuals would be totally done away with?

This whole r********ns ""discussion" appears to be little more than feel-good social posturing that had absolutely no thought put into it except to estimate how many v**es and campaign cash it might attract.

Good questions and I believe you're right about the social posturing . If they are serious about the r********ns they would have to go back to the shipping records. There were about 12.5 million s***es shipped to the Americas but only about 388,000 were dropped off in north America. There were four million freed by the 13th amendment . Now there are 42 million African Americans living in the US. So take the 388,000 and give them the 333,000 dollars each. I know they aren't around to collect it but their descendents are divide the money between them. Six generations later like now each African American would get maybe 5 grand . I'll do the math and get back to you

Ok. I done the math at$ 333000 each the 388,000 original s***es stolen from Africa would get 130 billion divided by 42 million would give each African American dependent 3 thousand one hundred dollars a piece doled out over ten years is three hundred and ten bucks a year for the next ten years.. Or 25 bucks a month. Might be worth it to shut them up
But I still don't think they deserve it
