Siaka was arrested because he’s a black patriot who can persuade many Democrat v**ers to v**e against Joe Biden on E******n Day.

You see, not only is Siaka a gifted actor (he’s starred in Babylon Bee’s funny series, “Californians Adjust to New Life In Texas”) …

… He’s also the Vice Chair of the Los Angeles County GOP and a peaceful patriot who briefly appeared at the peaceful protest the stolen p**********l e******n at the U.S. Capitol on J****** 6, 2021.

Siaka is also bold as a lion about his faith in Jesus Christ, his love for his family, and his deep concern for our country.

Of course, all that makes him an enemy of Joe Biden’s lawless administration.

So the FBI arrested Siaka for spending 76 seconds inside the U.S. Capitol. And charged him with four misdemeanors! That’s right, MISDEMEANORS!

What’s more, this isn’t the first time the FBI has stomped on Siaka’s rights, either.

Over twenty FBI agents raided Siaka’s home with drawn guns on June 10, 2021 at 5:45 AM, and handcuffed him, his best friend, and two other roommates.

As you can imagine, his best friend’s two little children, just three and seven years old, were terrified.

And here’s what happened next:
The FBI agents refused to let Siaka speak to his lawyer
The FBI agents refused to show him the arrest warrant
The FBI agents grilled him and his friends for FIVE HOURS with no lawyers present!
The FBI confiscated his cell phone, computer and his MAGA hat and has refused ever since to give them back!
And we have reason to believe that Siaka and the other peaceful J-6 protesters were illegally and unconstitutionally surveilled!
And because the FBI didn’t arrest or charge Siaka, he had no legal grounds to find out why they raided his home…terrorized him, his friends, his friend’s little children… abused his Constitutionally protected rights…and stole his property.

Can you imagine being abused like this…as an American citizen in your own country?

What the FBI did to my peaceful, innocent client in 2021 and just a short time ago is a CRIME.
