We truly have a foreign policy run by an i***t. In October our ally Israel was attacked by Hamas, which is funded by Iran. For weeks the US Navy and it's allies have been fighting off attacks by the Houthis who are also funded by our enemy Iran. Very recently the US military has attacked Houthi bases and supply depots.

What kind of a brain dead leader gives money to an enemy and then has to fight against surrogate forces supported by that enemy ? Did we send money to Hitler, Mussolini, and Tojo during WW2 ?

My friend, you are lying to yourself. I know you've heard this before, but I see I need to remind you. There is this word fungible. There are things that are fungible. Money is one. Oil is another. Iran has a limited amount of money which it must spend on it's needs.

If you give them money and even limit it's use, that frees up other funds. So limiting the use of money is a totally useless exercise in self deception.

So I wondered about the US giving Iran billions so I searched for "US gives Iran billions". First off this money is Iranian oil money that was frozen in US banks. It was part of a deal to free US prisoners in Iran. This money was t***sferred to a Qatar bank. On Oct 11, this money was frozen in Qatar, where it sits today.

First off, Iran is our enemy. Or rather it's Islamic government is our enemy. I am sure that if that murderous government fell most Americans, including me would favor giving it to the Iranian people. The reality is giving any money to your enemy is brain dead stupid.
