It is a logical fallacy to judge the character of the whole by the actions of a few. It is called a hasty generalization.
Understandable though, since logical fallacies make up a good portion of the liberal play book. Not to mention the fact that Obama and Holder are waging war on our nation's police. Maybe that's where you are taking your cues. Can't think for yourself, so let the wizards of smart do it for you.
