I once had a CNA get chewed out by a supervisor when she walked away I told the CNA to find an empty room and vent to get it out of her system so she did. The supervisor had heard me and came back to desk and started hitting the button on empy rooms and heard her I hit the off she hit the on. She said she was going to DON and report her told her I'd be right there with her the girl had the right to vent in an empty room by her self and we did and the don agreed with me. As long as she didn't insult the supervisor to her face she had the right to swear, cuss in the privacy of an empty room the supervisor had no right hunt her down to listen to a private rant. In answer to your question if a man goes to the woods and says ANYTHING it is a private conversation between the man and god and the trees is he wrong NO he has a right to his private conversation. Now what he says in public or to someone face to face best to smile keep the mouth shut and walk out to the woods

ProgenyE was angry about something, walking around mumbling at me. I stopped him, told him he could say what he wanted in his room with the door closed and get out of my living room. Never heard mumbling again.
