Remember 9/11 but move on from J6. Were not both attacks on the USA?

Hmmm, 3,000 plus dead on 9-11, by foreign forces, versus two females k**led by C*****l P****e on J6. That would be apple to oranges. Nice effort though.

When measured in deaths you are correct. But traffic accidents account for 10x that number every year.
Both were attacks on America. Both had far reaching consequences. One united the country. The other divided it with far greater long range repercussions.
To sweep it under the carpet as if it did not happen lays the groundwork for a repeat orchestral by another American in the future.
History forgotten is history repeated.
The trouble is, only half of America sees it a problem. The Saturday anniversary was celebrated by many.

It was one thing to acknowledge it. If you believe it J6 that divided the country you are stupid! It was the division that created the circumstances for it to happen.
You never hear a word about the 1983 Capitol incident though, do you?

It did not divide the country per se. The country was already divided. But now there are people firmly dug in on both sides of what happened.
Three years ago there was mention of the 1983 incident but wh**ever its cause those issues were are no longer relevant.
That it is not being treated as national catastrophe indicates that many see it ok and a future attempt might succeed.

The r**t at the Capitol building was not an attack on America,
it was an attempt to prevent a political movement that is diametrically opposed to our constitution
and alien to our American way of life from taking over our government.
The attempt failed and the consequences are dire.
Pull your head outa your ass, Rascal, unwoke yourself,
stop pretending you know more than the founders of our nation.

Not an attack on the government. Ok.
Maybe the next one, if Trump looses the 24, will be successful.

Your last sentence is utter claptrap and shows a complete lack of comprehension about those not howling it was the end of democracy.
The entire incident could have been avoided if those responsible for the Capitol had approved National guard when offered. It could have been avoided if the Capitol had not been opened earlier in the day. Of course, the fact there is film of C*****l p****e escorting people around escapes your tiny brain.
Were there people who ent to far? Yes, in both sides. Do keep in your tiny mind only the two people who died, died at the hands of the police. Please do forget the evidence of the police, literally pushing people off of a high wall to the ground far below. There were more than enough police to arrest them and still protect the Capitol. Do let your tiny mind forget the police beating a woman to the ground, injuring her to the extent she died. No cops died, only protesters.
I am done with you. Maybe you should worry more about the outlandishly high number of people your government is k*****g off with their suicide policies.
