Justice for Ashli Babbitt? Possibly. Her family may receive some compensation for her cold-blooded murder at the hands of the r****t, trigger happy, Michael Byrd. In my opinion the government should not be the sole defendant. Michael Byrd should be held civilly libel as should the Sergeant at Arms of the Capitol and the Speaker of the House, who was both their bosses. Michaeel Byrd should have been charged with violating her due process, excessive use of force and a h**e crime!

I think you are right. Marxist progressives cannot commit murder because they believe they have all the answers to the problems that plague the human race. K*****g millions of people is not murder in your eyes became k*****g is always justified to get your way.
Your belief system allows you to do as you please without remorse.
No conscience, no morals, no belief in God.

What they refuse to acknowledge is there was an officer within five feet of her, apparently, moving to stop her from her entry. Basically, it was an unjustified shooting.

C*****l p****e and the others mentioned have qualified immunity against civil actions. The family could have tried to sue them but likely a court would have stopped it. Unless your name is Trump. Apparently, in our current injustice system, President Trump does not.

Would qualified immunity include excessive and unjustified use of force?
Michael Byrd had been proven incompetent when he had previously lost his service weapon. I guess in the government scheme of things he got a promotion instead of a demotion.
Plus, the c*****l p****e investigated themselves. Pretty good deal.....

Since Byrd was not charged with that and Ashli Babbitt was in the process of committing a crime it likely would apply. But it would be for a jury to decide in a civil suit.

Personally I think he should have been charged and personally I would have tried to sue all of them and let the chips fall where they may. Apparently the lawyers decided to only go for the deep pockets.

No need to shed tears over a dead terrorist. The only way to serve justice is to prosecute the man who drove her to turn against our nation.
