Here’s how to get parity in the Supreme Court, every six years have a special e******n of six justices (include all the sitting judges plus six new faces from each established party including the independents) when there is a consensus on the top six, the remaining 3 justices will vet the candidates and then decide if they’re qualified for the position-their findings would be sent to a select panel of the Senate with the Vice President as the chairman who will then allow the President to make appointments. This would take an amendment to the constitution, but it’s worth the trouble as it would build a stronger court that is above reproach and develop a pool of well qualified justices 🤠
