As 2023 draws to a close, many investors are smiling as the money flows in.

A proper mix of stacks and bonds can be great in 2024.

Just keep in mind that these so called record highs are in today's inflated dollars. Still worth about 75% less then when biden took office.

That being said, it still might be a good time to buy stocks. You buy when they are going up, not when they are already up.

Money doesn't "flow in" until you sell the stock slick.

BTW... I predict that the Dow will soar even higher, reaching 45-50,000 until dropping like a lead balloon that will make 1929 look like child's play.

One principle about the market never changes; what goes up must come down.

There is always a vehicle to earn investment income.

when stocks fall, invest in bonds and t-bills or commodities or cyber currency.

And some real estate investments never lose, especially with tax breaks

When you snooze, you lose.

Statistics show that if you go heavy on the equities from November to April 30th 88 % of the time you have a substantial gain for the year. Once May hits greatly reduce your exposure. If you don’t you only have a gain 44% of the time
