I can agree with that. People who own guns and don't properly lock them up and out of the hands of their children should be held responsible for any crimes that their minor children commit with the gun-whether it be in a school or out in public. The boy who shot his teacher had been known to have previous behavioral problems and should have been monitored more closely.

I hope the grandfather is capable of rearing the boy while the baby momma is in jail.
The school administration was complicit in this situation as well! They were probably more interested in which d**g q***n was going to read pornography to his first-grade class that day. Their negligence should not go unrewarded. Unfortunately, Va. Beach taxpayers will be the ones to foot the bill.
