It's OK. I just had a little tantrum because a fat slob who is probably on section 8, and every other kind of assistance, and living in a s**thole of a house had the nerve to treat me like a servant over a TEMU package.

The customers on my route are great. They make me feel appreciated every day, and, I do my best to take care of them, even if I have to skirt the rules a little.
Folks just need to understand that this time of year, we're overwhelmed because of all of the online stuff. We don't want to be out there at all hours of the day, and night bringing stuff. We want to be home, and have supper at a decent hour, and get some rest, just like everyone else.

Everyone thinks it's an easy job. USPS, UPS, FED-EX. Well, it ain't so much.

Leave your porch light on for your delivery person this time of year.

I won't deliver a place like that again in the dark. Let alone the hazards to get it there.....the bellowing cow inside is a safety issue....😬

We just moved to a different house. The mailbox was regular size, but it had a door inside with a mail slot and took a key to open it. I met the mail lady out there when we first moved in and told her that my wife and I get a lot of meds from the VA and Champus. She said she doesn't mind putting them on the porch, I told her I'd fix that so I took the box down and put the biggest mailbox I could find. I haven't talked to her lately, but I hope she appreciates not having to get out and go to my porch.

It's the season to treat people out delivering your packages after dark like crap. I'm taking an unauthorized smoke break here because I just got my ass ate out by a lady for being so late. I showed up at 6:00 am, went, and delivered packages in the dark. Went back, got my route ready, loaded, and delivered it, packages, and mail. Get back, and have to go deliver more packages, and get treated like I'm a slacking POS. I've got about 20 more packages to deliver before I can go home.
Every damn one of them will be late according to the clock. I don't care what your email says.
We are overwhelmed humans doing our best for you people who are too damn lazy to go to the store, and don't appreciate the service you get.

On behalf of every Mail Carrier out there, Blow Me!!
Get your dead ass out of the house, and go to the store if we can't do it good enough!!
Gotta go!

Rant over.........

The delivery folks are great whether usps, ups or fedex. The usps system has problems, especially now. I live in a part of Texas that the PO has only contract carrier delivery. These poor bastards deliver with their personal vehicles. Now, stuffed to the brim with Amazon boxes often requiring multiple runs.

Take your time, be careful and ignore the ignorant. You get good training on opp as ignorance is abundant.
